Acute help for your sick child on weekends and public holidays.

„Hilfe – Krankes Kind“ is a team of experienced pediatricians from various private practices who have come together to provide assistance for your child in case of acute illness on weekends and public holidays.

To achieve this, each private practice doctor in the team takes turns offering appointments outside regular office hours in their own practice rooms. This allows us to save you long waiting times in hospital emergency departments and provide your child with acute medical care in a calm environment.

In our duty schedule below, you can find out which doctor is available on a given day. You can then contact the on-duty doctor by phone or book an appointment directly via the provided booking link.

Current duty schedule

The current opening hours of our pediatricians on weekends and public holidays can be found in the following duty schedule.

Billing / Fee

We are private practice doctors and do not have contracts with public health insurance providers.
Therefore, you will receive an invoice immediately after the acute appointment, which can be paid on-site either in cash or by debit card.

The base consultation fee for acute appointments on weekends and public holidays is €250.
Additional costs may apply for individual services such as capillary blood tests, various rapid infection detection tests, urine examinations, and similar procedures.

The private practice system allows for partial reimbursement by your health insurance provider.
We or you can submit the invoice to your respective health insurance provider for reimbursement.

Please note that in the event of a missed appointment without prior cancellation, a cancellation fee of €100 will be charged.
